More about the wine

A natural wine, made from wild Pais vines – this is an oddity for the Bouchon family. The vines seeded naturally be bees and wind, and grew in the middle of a creek among the vineyards. The wine was vinified naturally with nothing added in the process. If you have tasted some of the ‘natural’ Pais wines before, this might come as a surprise: there are no earthy or funky aromas, this is bright fruit and a fresh and juicy finish.
